I visited this salon for the first time this past Thursday. Nicole Ritts did an excellent job. She did great color, olaplex, and cut plus styled my hair exactly like a picture I showed her. Nicole is super friendly and great sense of humor. Wish I had used this salon when I lived in Bensalem. From now on every time I visit Bensalem from KY, I will schedule with Nicole. Thanks Nicole for such a great style. I am super picky and hard to please. Totally worth the 13 hour drive

I Chrissy went in to the salon and I told the hair dresser exactly what I wanted which was a parcel highlight but I wanted the color to be platinum white with money picas.. and it looks like I have gray hair instead and I hate it it makes me look old and I was treating myself to a birthday present.. and they never fixed it I would not go there at all the fair dressers are not nice at all worst experience I have ever had

Recently visited and all I have to say is WOW, everyone was so friendly and accommodating to what I needed. The shop was super clean and Allison was a very professional stylist who gave me exactly what I asked for!!!! Just had the BEST experience with Tara. I haven’t been to a salon in years, so had no idea what to expect especially in 2020 conditions. They found a perfect color for me and worked in a cut that I wasn’t even scheduled for. Everyone is wearing masks (over their noses) and is SO friendly!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had my make up done both my daughter & I for an event. Was charged $85, per person, plus tipped her additional $50 for both of us. A few weeks later, I called & asked to have eyelashes applied. I agreed to purchase them from salon & pay $25 just for make up girl to put them on. It would have taken literally 10 minutes maximum. She blatantly refused. Will NEVER go there again. She was rude, unprofessional &I’ve warned several people about this & will do everything I can to dissuade anyone from giving them business!!!I had my make up done both my daughter & I for an event. I had my hair done for a wedding. I showed a picture of a simple hairstyle and they were unable to replicate it. The one lady was also unable to braid hair. She would attempt the braids and end up doing a twist instead, even though a girl requested braids. What hairstylist doesn’t know how to braid? I personally was not impressed.
