I don’t even know where to start with this one. The appt was made & confirmed. My daughter shows up, but no stylist. She gives a grace period, then sends a text. No answer. My daughter calls & still no answer. Minutes later, she finally gets a text from the stylist stating that she had forgotten about the appt & that she had an appointment to take her children to. Stylist rescheduled my daughter for the next day. Next day came & the stylist canceled the appointment altogether. What upsets me is I paid for the supplies required by the stylist for the appt & the gas my daughter used to get to a city in which we did not live for this appointment. Also, my daughter passed on a last minute trip where she could have spent time with family just so she could keep the appointment. Very unprofessional. My daughter even received a reminder for the appt. It seems those reminders need to go to the stylist as well.
