I was extremely impressed with my first prenatal massage with Erica! Her studio was clean, spacious, and felt very therapeutic. She took time to ask me questions about my goals for the session, and shared some knowledge on some of my prenatal muscle strain I was experiencing. She checked in on how I was doing throughout and how the pressure level was (which was perfect!). I would recommend Anointed Hands with Erica for your massage needs and will definitely be back!

I am so grateful for Erica’s anointed hands! As an instructor, she has a grace about her that makes me feel like it is safe to try body movement. Outside of her class, I felt excluded due to my beginner status. She appreciates the “shakes” of my weak/not completely activated muscle. She also provides a clear overview of the exercises we try in class. I feel by taking this approach Erica ensure I can maintain my gains when I’m not in a session. Erica also makes Pilates affordable through her group offerings and is conscious of these COVID times.
