Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo my fiancé went to get his hair cut there. He made an appointment a week ago for 9am. He wasn’t in the chair until 930 because the older gentleman that was supposed to cut his hair decided to take a lady that he CLEARLY knew was not his 9am because they knew her by name and she is not a man. So instead of trying to find out if his ACTUAL appointment was there he took her. Then he tried to excuse his unprofessional decision by telling him “oh, I didn’t see you there!” You could have easily checked. That’s just the right and professional thing to do. It’s common sense. We had other obligations to get to at 10am, and he was not done until 1015 or so. He didn’t even get the haircut correct, because my fiancé likes to take it all off but because the gentleman couldn’t stick to his appointments, he didn’t have time. My fiancé’s hair is EXTREMELY uneven on the back or his crown. We will NEVER be coming here again and you’re lucky he paid for the terrible service and haircut he received, despite him doing the correct thing and making an appointment that you clearly don’t honor.Service: HaircutSo my fiancé went to get his hair cut there. So my fiancé went to get his hair cut there. He made an appointment a week ago for 9am. He wasn’t in the chair until 930 because the older gentleman that was supposed to cut his hair decided to take a lady that he CLEARLY knew was not his 9am because they knew her by name and she is not a man. So instead of trying to find out if his ACTUAL appointment was there he took her.
