I purchased a Swedish Massage and got a wonderful Swedish Massage. Unfortunately, I didn’t read fully and what I should’ve chosen was a Deep Tissue massage. Swedish massage is firm but GENTLE. This is my second massage so I’m still trying to find my stride on what is what.

She referred me to additional care for my condition and gave me some feedback on home exercises I could do to help my situation. Massages have mostly been painful experiences. Knowing I had to go in due to my not being able to walk without pain, I trusted a recommendation to see Tamar. I got on the table with difficulty and her hands went to work on my lower back and Psoas. I knew it was going to be painful but she amazed me. Her healing hands worked and worked slowly and methodically allowing me to end uip with being able to walk again without pain. The following morning I was pain free. She has a forever client.
