She kindly squeezed me in for a facial last minute and went above and beyond with care and detail, and helped me to understand what kind of care my skin needs -being acne prone and sensitive (without salesy approaches!). For my birthday a few years back, my wonderful husband bought me the “BIG” package offered by Ann’s spa Ann herself gave me the BEST facial I have ever had, and her great staff pampered me all day with a massage, hair trim and style, a mani/pedi, and lunch! It was such an wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable day! And the package was by far the best price that he found. So thank you for the awesome, memorable day!

Do NOT get a facial treatment at this place. I almost had to go to the Emergency Room because of a reaction to the facial procedure. The practitioner did NOT have me fill out any questionnaire prior to treatment, she did NOT give any followup information after the treatment, and after my severe reaction did NOT even offer to refund the cost, and my last request for additional information concerning the name of the products so that I would have that product on my face again – she did NOT provide me any information. Poor service, poor service.
