2nd visit and Nikki gave a great pedicure! Massage was fantastic, Pedi was quick but thorough. Appt for 12 for 3 of us and got started by 1210, checked the water temp and made sure we were comfortable. 30 for a Pedi pretty standard. Seats are newish and have good massage as well. Will be returning & asking for Nikki for sure.

I got simple matte black acrylic nails. The acrylic was placed unevenly so all of my nails are varying thicknesses with bumps and ridges. There are also large parts of my natural nails that are exposed on either side of where the acrylic was placed. The entire process was done carelessly.

This is the first salon I starting going to since moving here a year ago. First, the nail techs were all pretty much nice and did a fair pedi although the nail polish tends to look uneven at times, the gel mani’s were also a bit thick to my liking. My problem is the wait even after making appointments. I’d fine myself waiting what I believe would be way long considering I made an appointment. After seeing others get waited on before me, new customers , and me ,a regular, still waiting I decided to move on to a different salon. Ann appears nice but after having this happen over and over I felt my business was just not appreciated.
