Went for a simple fill in, this is what they look like the very next day. I tried to call the day before to make an appointment, and the receptionist told me “to just walk in, they won’t be busy” I waited for over an hour and it took Tiffany 25 minutes to do my nails. Shouldn’t have to wait longer than what it takes for them to be done. She definitely rushed through it. When I was drying the gel polish she let each hand dry one time. I went to switch them out to let them actually get dry and she cut the machine off. Was very rude.

I’ve tried to give this place so many tries before leaving a bad review. But this is just ridiculous. I’ve spent a good $900 in the last few months and been disappointed every single time. The nail techs really need to get better and the owner has to learn to accommodate the customers when these errors occur. On two accounts my nails broke within two days, they claimed it was the cause of long nail using SNS, the second time I did acrylic and they broke in two days, went back to fix them and had to pay. I’m not going to go any further with my frustrations. Don’t waste your money here, find a smaller nail salon with better quality products and more talented nail techs.

Every time I send my teen daughter in there for eyebrows they scam her. This time the 12 eyebrow work they charged her 30.00 on her card. They take advantage of minors. Always go in with your teens. This is stealing and a horrible business practice. Shame on you!! This was her birthday funds. Scammers!!!

We scheduled a couple’s pedicure and manicure. When we got in the chairs, my wife’s chair was unplugged and couldn’t get the chair adjusted to fit her. They were almost done with my service before anyone even came over to help her and start her services. The point of a couple’s pedicure is getting it done simultaneously. The person that was supposed to do my wife’s pedicure walked around tending to a lot of meaningless tasks keeping my wife waiting and uncomfortable for probably 15 minutes. Next time they need to make sure the chair is working before they seat you in it. Not saying we wouldn’t go back but service and the people’s attitude should be a lot better.

I went Friday , just for a quick eyebrow wax and a pedicure because my baby shower was Saturday Nov. 12th. The lady who waxed my eyebrows insisted I get my upper lip waxed so I told her sure (even though there was no hair there *eyeroll*) the lady proceeded to wax my eyebrows- everything was fine . When she went to do my lip the wax was so hot, I jumped. After she waxed my lip, I could feel my face was burning . When I looked in the mirror there was still wax on my face/ forehead and all over my lip. I’m used to them applying an oil solution to get the wax off but Friday I received a rubbing alcohol product. While my face was burning she asked if I still wanted a pedicure, of course I said no and proceeded to pay and leave. The service was $20- and the day of my baby shower I woke up with a scab across my top lip.edited to add photo.

This was my first time here, I am in town for my friend’s wedding. Came in for a mani/pedi and I also got my brows done as well (added on after my manicure – it was just $10). Staff is very friendly and skilled. It was so relaxing and love how my nails turned out! I got the deluxe pedicure and some polish on my toes, as well as a gel polish manicure. Price was right too, I got all 3 services done for less than $100 (before tip)! I definitely recommend coming here and would be a repeat customer if I visit NC again 🙂

i got my nails done yesterday and called after i left because i had to work and didn’t like the design that was done, looks nothing like what i wanted. i called and they said to come in the next day to change for free and just drove all the way there and now it’s a charge. disappointed and won’t be going back
