Decided to give this place a try since I missed my nail appointment in my home town…I wished I would’ve read the reviews first. I asked for almond shaped nails with just a clear coat. I can’t tell you the shaped I received, because it wasn’t almond and was charged $47 for some mess. If the lady couldn’t do the shaped, she should’ve just said that. The pedicure was mediocre…over all experience was a waste of my vacation time and money.

The technician who did my nails was the worst!! She was so desperate for the next customer that she tried to rush through my service. I addressed her several times on things she missed or simply just didn’t do. I finally gave up and realized she just didn’t care to provide a good service she just wanted the money. Which I was tempted to deny but didn’t want the drama or negativity. I left with the worse manicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I tried to think about a worst experience and couldn’t think of one. Don’t waste your money on the worst service ever. The lady complaining about her nails and rotten stink in back of salon should’ve been my clue to have left.

The lady treated me so bad because I didn’t want gel polish. I wanted a gel manicure not the gel pedicure. She do a half job on my pedicure. My nails looks awful. I paid $105.00 for nothing. Terrible customer services. Never again will I return to this place. Pedicure, Manicure

Ben is my favorite! Always does the best with my hands and feet. The lady that sits beside him and the lady across at the second booth behind the first booth in front of the waiting area are the best techs in the salon as well.

Spent over $100 here. Do not waste your money or time!! Terrible value and service! I went here to get my wedding nails done. I asked for one tech ahead of time but got another – the guy who did my nails completely botched them. They were crooked, misshapen and not painted well. I paid extra for a design and I could have done it better myself. So sloppy. As he was doing my nails I also asked him repeatedly to fix the shaping and he attempted twice but it still looked awful. I got frustrated after sitting for 2 hours so let him finish but the minute I paid and walked out into the daylight, I realized just how bad they were. I asked for a redo or a refund and they refused to redo it without me paying again. They only gave me back half my money, and even that was conditional on me letting them take them off vs allowing me to go somewhere else to do it. So they basically charged me, to take the messed up nails off. I offered to go get them taken off elsewhere in exchange for a full refund and they refused. My wedding is in three days and now I am stressed trying to find a new spot last minute. Spent over $100 here. Do not waste your money or time!!

The place was great the make you sanitized ur hand and take your temperature at the entrance plus de clean and sanitize everytime a customer leave. My nail tech mimi was the bomb she did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely go there again.

Have been to MANY other placed and nail techs are not always “great” with the drill…yikes. The acrylic is either way too thick or they rear up my cuticles with the friggn drill…. .
