This place has been open for 28 years. I used to come here 20 years ago to get white tips on my toe nails when it was the style. Well it’s definitely back in style and 2nd time getting nails done here in a month. Still the same place it used to be! Quick affordable service too! And the sweet owner Ann still works the front desk working the phone and her daughter works the nail station beside her ( also all the other ladies further back ) I am happy i started coming here again. It was a long lost jewel.

Van is very sweet and personable, the others….not so much. Van did a great job on my nails, and they look pretty. Even though I wanted dip but ended up with acrylic with paint on top because I’m 100% sure they are still terrified of Covid. The place is dark, dated, disorganized, cluttered and creepy. Everything is covered in towels, paper or plastic. There are shower curtains hung between the recliners….AKA: pedicure chairs and did I say its dark, dated and creepy. If Van was at another shop or the shop owner took a long weekend and cleaned up the place, organized the polish, took down the nasty shower curtains and turned on some lights I would go back. Its a shame, they are in an area of Conroe that is growing, but unfortunately they are not.

This was my first & my last visit to this shop. I Had made an appointment and went into Get my Nails re-dipped. They did not remove my existing nails like the other nail shops I’ve been to which is with acetone, soaked with foil covers. When I asked about that, she ignored me. When she started giving me gel nails, I told her I wanted dip nails and she kept insisting. Oh no, this is better for you, and I said no that’s not what I want. She continued, and. did one of my nails with the gel process I told her again I wanted dipped nails. Finally I told her I said, well you go ahead and do what you wanna do but I won’t come back here again. Then she asked me you want dip nails? And I said I’ve told you that three times already yes, I want dipped nails she kept insisting that it was better for my nails and ignoring me. I won’t be going back.

I was a regular at Ann’s Nail for a very long time . Lynda does such a good job when I go for a pedi.I normally don’t do reviews but considering that the owners daughter didn’t either understand or didn’t want to, felt I should do one. I had a pedi done earlier this month , I paid with a bank card that had only been used one other time. Paid and left a couple of days later I noticed someone had made a CashApp using my card . Headed to the bank and the were able to show me that 2 hrs after leaving Ann’s Nails someone ran the amount again . When I took the proof that she ( daughter) asked for she blamed the bank saying it was them. With her not acknowledging what happened just means more victims or there ARE more victims already. I’m not saying avoid the place just be careful when using your cards. If I do go back which would be awkward now, I will pay cash …

Did a halfa**ed job. I didn’t want any color.Just my old polish taken off , nail cut shaped & smoothed with no snags or corners. They didn’t get all old polish of, every nail has snags & most have sharp corners. Would NOT recommend.

This is the OG nail salon for Conroe!!! Stop sleeping on Anns!!! Julie did great work for me and I was a walk in. I used to use Anns 20 years ago faithfully (it was close by my job)and was always happy! $42 for a full set of shellac and $20 for shellac on my toes to match… ah yeah!!!! Okaaaay! And also, they made me feel welcomed and wanted there. Lately it’s cost me $80 for both and trash work and feelings of awkwardness..

Got married on the 2nd and got my nails done on the 1st. They did Ana maxing job. Had three appointments: 1 for me, my grandma, and bridesmaid. We each got our nails and toenails done; and they were beautiful and the nail technicians did great at papering us.

Ann’s Nails is by far the best nail place in Conroe, in my opinion. I always have Ann do my nails and she does the most amazing job. I will never go anywhere else for my nails or have anyone besides Ann do my nails for me. Everyone on the staff is excellent at what they do and they make you feel like family, plus the prices are amazing… Especially for the absolutely incredible job they do on them. I never leave there disappointed!
