HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Came in for a pedicure and a new full set of dip. My pedicure was fine but they made me sit through my whole pedicure with my hands soaking in a bowl of watered down acetone. I tried telling them it’s not coming off and they IGNORED me. Then I told her I’m not sure if I have dip or acrylic on my nails and she’s making it known to everyone how annoyed she is. She’s rushing hurting me while pulling the acrylics off my nails and BREAKING my real nails while doing so. Then tells me to pick a color but has an attitude and SNATCHES my hand. I told her I will go somewhere else and left like this cause I just couldn’t take anymore of her rudeness. I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE HERE AGAIN. On top of that they have horrible color selection and the last time I came, the same lady did my nails and left my nail looking woped and I asked her to fix it and she ignored me. I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. It was a Monday at 11am. They were not overly busy. First of all the place is filthy. They don’t use liners in the tubs and did not wash between clients. The tech did not make any effort to remove dry skin or smooth my heels. The manicure was lumpy and left me with lacquer all over my fingers when I pointed out some of it, he seems very put out like I was asking for something extra. It is now 2 days later and I am still picking it off my skin. Don’t go here.

This place is absolutely A NO GO I literally got a full set paid 50 dollars for short gel nails only for one of them to crack and another one to break off only one the fifth day of getting them done… they try to use the LEAST amount of acrylic powder as possible to save money leaving you with cracked and damaged nails a few days later..been going here since 2017 and it’s been the same issue for five years… they use to only charge $25 bucks for a full set gel now their upping the price with even worse trashy service. The one and only nail Technician is RUDE ASF… she gets irritated very easily and only rushes to get things done quickly they only have 3 people working their so you have to wait extra long to get anything done….I’ve been very hesitant on making a review but after paying $70 dollars for this I refuse for it to go un noticed…. The older lady that does pedicures does an amazing job I have no complaints on her what so ever but the main nail Technician is terrible and I wouldn’t waist my hard earned money or time fooling with her doing my nails…
