me and my mom have been going here for years. i haven’t gotten my nails done in a year after having my baby. i went for mother’s day weekend to another salon and they did horrible. i decided i needed to go back to my favorite place and get sonny to do my nails. he’s currently on vacation so i let ann do my nails and she did wonderful! can’t wait to come back next time 🙂

I was greeted and asked to sign in then they asked me what brings me in on that day. I done as she asked in order to begin the thing was usually when I go to a nail shop their speaking with each other in their language, but this time was different she introduced herself to me. Her name was Christina and as she continued to work she told me about herself it was natural and we began to have a conversation. She council me. She didn’t try to sell me on anything other than what I was having done. I was well satisfied and relaxed upon leaving. I will return and only ask for Christina thank you for a job well done.

We had an appointment that we made the day prior for a couplespedi, after signing in we weren’t acknowledged. 30 minutes later, got up and asked if there was anyway we were going to get seen soon. They said they were backed up but this wasn’t conveyed to us when we signed in. A couple walked in at the same time right before us and were seen. I believe they double booked and didn’t want to admit the mistake or apologize. If it wasn’t for the gift coupon we wouldn’t be going back.

I got a full set a couple times from this place. First set was a green and black once it got to the paper of designing she had no idea how to even do it, so I ended up with something I didn’t want originally. And when she had finished she showed everyone my hand and started talking in there own language. At first I’m thinking she is showing off her work but she only showed the hand that I have a numb on. She never showed the other hand. I felt like that was unprofessional. Second time I go in for a fill in amd and design change. Art was great and person was nice. But the paint bubbled wen I got home and then started to peel off kinda like rubber peels off, under the paint was sticky. I will not be going back
