I went there for the first time on my birthday and I had a great experience, my nail tech helped me design my nail look. She helped me decide on a pink/white ombre dip manicure with sparkles. She also did an almond shape with a little bit of a sharper point at the tip but not extremely pointy. I went back about a month later to get my nails soaked off and shaped because my niece wants to paint my nails… but I wasn’t sure if I was going to let her or get them done at Ann’s. I had one person start my soak off, a different girl start to grind them and then came Ellie… I requested her name because she was incredibly rude. When she asked me what I wanted I told her I wasn’t sure yet and she laughed at me. She asked me if I wanted my nails long or short (I have both because some broke) and I asked her opinion, she laughed at me proceeded to tell me I needed to know what I wanted before I came. As she shaped my nails she told me I should just come back when I’ve made up my mind. She spoke to me like I was being a disciplined child for being indecisive so I just decided to leave. If I come back I will only be seeing Patrick and if I can’t see him, I will be going someone else. Thanks Ellie!!
