Critical: QualityI visited Ann’s Hair & Nails Salon and was very displeased. I waited almost five minutes after entering the salon to be acknowledged and was turned away. I understand that a business has a right to refuse service but to blame being busy when there is another customer waiting for the same service is not an excuse. Their exclusivity was apparent and appalling. I was not greeted nor felt welcomed. I visited Ann’s Hair & Nails Salon and was very displeased. I waited almost five minutes after entering the salon to be acknowledged and was turned away. I understand that a business has a right to refuse service but to blame being busy when there is another customer waiting for the same service is not an excuse. Critical: ProfessionalismCAME HERE TO GET A PERM,THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE PERM I ASKED FOR SHE COULD CLEARLY SEE IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE I WANTED AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AT THE END SHE ENDED UP GIVING ME 40 DOLLARS BACK AND I PAID 100 ANN ALSO WAS REALLY RUDE AND RECORDED ME . I REALLY TRUSTED THESE REVIEWS IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE
