Second time going… also last time due to being rushed. Pedicure was done before the individuals who’d been there longer than me were done getting their foot massage (which didn’t even happen). Fingernails look very sloppily done. I must agree with another review that they seem slightly racist towards BIPOC. The facility is nice but that’s about it

Wonderful experience! Was passing through the area on vacation and looking for a pedicure. Online reviews of this spa were great so thought I’d try it. Glad I did. It was a busy spot but the staff were super well organized and there was much activity for me to watch as I waited for my appointment. Bright, clean spot. The nail specialist frequently asked me if I was pleased with each step of the service as we went along. But what really impressed me the most was how kind each of the coworkers were to each other. As I said it was a very busy spot but they helped one another and made jokes as they worked. A relaxing experience. I will make plans to visit again the next time we are passing through. I recently relocated to Portland from NYC and stumbled on AnnLe after leaving class at SMCC. I’ve been a regular for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been getting acrylics on my natural length for years, and I love Ann and Les work. I can go a solid 2-3 weeks between fills without a single chip. They’re a great couple, and provide amazing service. (PS The color in the picture is 372)

Went there today for a manicure and pedicure. Worst experience ever. I’m not sure if they were trying to hurry up and get my black face out of there or was this how Ana worked. She rushed me through everything to where I found myself leaving before some customers that were already there. This was my first time there. It was awful and I won’t be coming back. She soaked my feet I. Plain water. No scrub. She didn’t scrub my feet, nor biff my toenails. One coat of polish and no top coat. No lotion on my feet. It was just bad for a first experience. And there was more than enough staff there.

Truly a hit or (big) miss – my first time going was amazing, the ladies were so friendly and did a good job. My second time was a bit different. My gel toenails started to lift the next day and one of my acrylics broke too.

Bought my wife a gift certificate here. The owner wouldn’t honor the gift card amount saying they expire within the year. When my wife tried to explain it has been just over a year and more importantly gift cards don’t expire in Maine the owner suddenly stops understanding English.… convenient. The funny part is she’s been in there many times since getting the card but had forgotten about it. Oh well lost our business forever.

Definitely feels like fair pricing. This was only my second pedicure in my life but it’s absolutely something I should do more often. The message chairs are an amazing bonus. I left feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrived and now my toes are a nice pretty blue. Everything felt super clean and the staff was very friendly. I’ll go back for sure!
