I’ve been here a couple of times and brought one of my kids too. The prices are good and Tina did my hair the best. Last time I went there though Tina wasn’t there, there was only an older lady and she didn’t do too good of a job. I tried to explain to her what I wanted but she gave me excuses to not do it. It wasn’t terrible so I just said ok I’ll keep it that way and just paid and left.

Got a perm on 10/26 from Lein, the processor did not get to my ends so I have straight ends and curl in the middle and I paid 110.00 dollars with a ten dollar tip. This is no longer Annies Salon, it is called amazing salon. She would say it’s because of my bleached ends but Annie never had a problem and she only charged me 65.00 dollars and I gave her a 20 dollar tip. So Sorry

Staff was very rude.. Did a horrible job and didn’t seem to care. Good luck trying to get a refund. Don’t bother trying to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Apparently salons are exempt from disputes so you’re pretty much out of luck. If you value your hair, do not go to this place.

I took my mother and my 2-year old to Annie’s Salon today and we were very happy with all the haircuts. Kim gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life! She is a true artist and I have thick curly hair. My son was unruly but they sill got the job done. Very polite and friendly. I believe Kim is the new owner.

Critical: QualityHad been to Tina four times for my color touch up had no problems. Went in for my fifth appointment was informed by Annie, Tina was going to have surgery. So ok I’ll let Annie do my color, HORRIBLE JOB. I was in tears when I got home my hair is no where near the color I showed her pictures of . My roots are ORANGE. And all this for 110.00. I could go back and complain, but she would just say it’s my fault. I have before and after pictures. I had to go to another shop and have it fixed. They said she over processed my hair. Worst experience ever took my son to get his haircut here and he walked out with 2 bald patches it wasn’t fixable without completely shaving It Off and she tried to cover it up by having it combed over when we went back the next day to tell her and show her she completely denied it and said he must have cut it himself my son is 12 and was completely devastated when he fixed his hair that next morning for school. Instead of admitting messing up she accused my son of shaving his own head. I went to the salon because it had good Stars I will never return there again.

My nephew when and get his hair, they left him with a bald spot. She covered it up. When he got up to get ready for school he noticed it. He was devastated. His mom took him back the next morning. They blamed him saying that he must have cute it him self. Putting the blame on a young boy. It so sad that when someone make a mistake and put the blame on a child. Leaving the child devastated and sad, embarrassed to go to school with a bad hair cut. Afraid of being teased for the hair the lady left him with. Taking no responsibility of what she did. So sad.

Went in with my sister for service both of our experiences were deplorable mu hair eat botched and refused to pay little did I know I was the lucky one my sisters hair was bleached and started turning colors the next day and was so dry it was like straw. When We tried to return and complain we were told she must have lied about having died her hair before. Worst experience EVER!!!
