The service was overall okay but the reason why i am giving this 2 stars is that my nail are super uneven and really thick. Also when drilling my nails down before putting down the acrylic, they filled away at my nails too much so now my nails hurt a lot. The person who did my nails was nice but they kept just randomly staring at me while doing my nails and kept watching the news. Not really paying much attention to my nails. I will not be going back or recommend this place to anyone.

The service was great. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff are very professional. Once my pedi was completed before she polished my nails she placed foot warmers on my feet. I felt they were an added bonus since it is winter and your feet sometimes get cold while waiting for the polish to dry. It is peaceful. You have lots of colors to choose from and non of that watered down nail polish that you may have experience else where. This is my second visit and I definitely will go back.

I went to Annie’s about a month ago, the service was great and my nails looked amazing. It wasn’t until a week later when I developed a staph infection around my nail in the cuticle. Im not sure if it was due to poor sterilization or used nail equipment but it was extremely painful and needed to be treated in the emergency room due to how fast the infection spread.

I went today for the first time. Me and my bestfriend went in together and they sat us like 6 tables away from each other! I got my nails done a fill with gel polish. I get home and see two bubbles on both my thumbs. I popped them and the gel polish just lifted and peeled off! I paid 40$. Not for bs gel polish that’s not even dry. Only the top coat was dey when it peeled I saw that under it was still wet! Horrible! Never going back!!!

Although I like the way Cam does my nails, I have not had good phone experiences with these folks. Today, for example, I had scheduled a 10am appointment. After sitting here for 15 minutes, I asked if Cam was coming. I was asked if I had made appointment. Apparently, the abrupt woman I spoke to yesterday, did not make my appointment. my nails came out kind of thick, even when I asked for them thin. I asked for acrylic but they kept using powder instead, NOT acrylic (rip off) . But I said whatever and paid, later I looked at my pinky and noticed that my nail was actually cracked and slit into. It kept hurting so I had to take my nail off and this is the outcome. This happened when she was taking off my cuticles USING AN ELECTRIC DRILL because she was lazy, and ended up cracking my nail causing me reoccurring pain 3 weeks later I keep waiting for my nail to grow back so I can get rid of the ugly painful slit in my nail. I will not return. I paid $57 for bs.

My nail polish was not put on evenly, barely even massaged my feet/legs and I paid $25 which is more than the surrounding nail spas. Swearing in the salon around me when the technicians were talking to each other and overall was just not impressed. They were not busy at all but it took forever to check out. Not pleased. I don’t expect this pedicure to last long.

I rated my experiences that have include both a mani and pedi , along with my step daughters tips and her 1st pedi.. The reason I rated the Salon a 4 out of 5, is based on other local salons and the Nail Salon at the mall. If I was rating against local Salons in town I would have given them a 5. However against the Salon at the mall brings them down to a 4.

I know Annie’s for over 10yrs,she’s and her staff being doing my nails I like David the best he’s Annie’s husband he very nice and friendly and have so much patient, making sure your happy with your nails before we leave the shop,price is quite reasonable, I would recommend this saloon to everyone.
