Annie has been my manicurist for almost 20 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!! She is sweet, caring and funny. She will do what you ask. My recommendation is to always call and make an appointment, it guarantees that you will be seen and get taken care of in a timely matter. Yes they do take care of walk-ins however I have always made an appointment it’s less hassle, lol

I had a horrible experience with this nail shop recently. The co-owner was doing a fill for me and sliced one of my fingers with one of his tools. I now have a painful gash covering my entire fingertip which is prohibiting me from my normal routine. They did not even offer me a discount and made me pay full price for something that they should have comped. When I didn’t add a tip, I was practically thrown out. I was a regular customer for the past two years. This shop is unscrupulous and cannot be trusted. Do not use their services.

Miracle workers I call them. My nails were horrible from when I got them done in Colorado. Wish I would have taken a better and after photo but Andy miracle worker. Didn’t charge me more for all the extra attention and care. Finally found my nail salon.

Tech (I think Nancy) was very polite and friendly but unfortunately the quality of the work wasn’t as expected. She didn’t soak off old gel from toes/hands – instead she drilled it down then used tweezers to pull it off, this left my nails super sensitive. The nail shaping was also poor & a few of my nails are uneven. Because of the inadequate gel removal, the new gel sat so bumpy and uneven on the nail, even getting onto the cuticle and sides of my finger. Overall a clean / friendly salon but I probably wouldn’t pay $90 for a mani/pedi until the skills improve

Lady was rude when I first came in. I’m not one to get my nails done all the time so I’m not familiar with the types of services. She greeted rudely and gave attitude when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. They also have a sign saying if you are rude you’ll be charged 10 dollars. Can’t ask for respect if you’re automatically rude from the start.

Been here a good 20 or so times.. i have not had any bad experiences with the business. These employees are always present when open. They work continuously and don’t think I’ve seen anyone take a break. If anyone has felt like you have been treated disrespectfully, maybe try putting yourself in their shoes. I’d be cranky too if I had to look at crusty nails all day with little break (No disrespect to Annie or her employees). Annie always works my feet and always satisfied results. Thank you, Annie.
