I’ve been going here for 15 years, and it seldom disappoints. Yesterday, for a spa pedicure, my pedicurist devoted over 20 minutes just to the care of my skin and massaging my tired legs. Unhappy with how the gel color was spreading on my toes, she inquired if I would mind her switching to another bottle. She was fastidious about her work. For $60, I felt like I had spent a day at the spa, not under an hour. Always clean and courteous there, just be sure to hit it at the right time before it gets crazy busy (late afternoons on weekdays through summer).

I just love Annie’s! The techs are all super friendly, fast and efficient. The place is always spotless, and they can almost always accommodate you. There are so many windows in this already roomy space, that it’s always super bright! The massage chairs are awesome. The prices are very fair and the quality products vary widely. I’ve been going there for many, many years!

They have very good service here. I got off work late and they still waited for me. The nail technician stayed an hour to finish up my nails for me. The lady did very good work, she always does. I don’t go anywhere else but here. The staff is very good. I highly recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent back after many years thinking if receive quality treatment. Annie, the owner, did my acrylics. Not only was she insulting about my end goal, she was looking for excuses to put in minimal effort. I only wanted one color and a matte top coat . The execution was horrible. I was treated as an inconvenient distraction from her more regular customers. She could not be bothered to put the effort into proper shaping and filing. They were bad and such a mess I had to file them and re-shape them myself later. I hoped I could make it through until the next month but could not make it a week. That’s has bad they were. Extremely disappointed. Was looking for a regular monthly salon for myself and my daughter. Never again. The place is clean. But it was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. Literally took about 5 minutes for my pedi. I work construction and my feet hurt and are sore. So anyways she only spent about 5 minutes on my feet and hands too. I was in and out with. A half hour. I spent money on this and I am very dissatisfied.

I’ve been going to Annie’s nails since when it was actually Annie’s. Their staff is always changing but the quality remains the same. They’re great at keeping up with trends, they have gel! I just wish they would pumus my feet a little more. Otherwise a friendly staff and nice leg massages.

I took my little niece and I got a mani pedi and she got a mani . I had Rose . She was thorough and attentive to what I asked. I did not catch the name of the woman who did my nieces mani but she sat at the front. Possible owner? Great job! Very clean facility. Would highly recommend.
