Absolutely love this nail salon! I have been here once before in the past and decided to come again. Most places I have been are inconsistent with their work and my nails starting chipping not long after. The owners at Annie’s are so nice and welcoming and I enjoyed my time there. My nails look amazing and I know they will last. I think I finally found my nail salon “home!” Thank you Annie’s!

The chair for the pedicure gave me a better massage. The lady just seemed rushed the whole time, my water was cold. She barely applied any pressure to your feet. like I mean to the point where she made it look like she was going hard but she was tickling me. It felt like a pretend pedicure. Kinda disappointed since there was like no one in there I thought it would have been more personal. So upset.

**Update: A few hours after making my original post the owners husband had the audacity to call the other person I was with cellphone. The appointment was made under their name and I did not pay with a credit card, so this store did not even have my name but took the time to figure out who I came in with so they could call about my review. Once I was on the phone with owners husband he would not allow me to respond to anything he was saying, he would cut me off by raising his voice and over talking me as well as yelling “thank you for your review” in an aggressive manner. After not being able to even explain what my issue was because he clearly did not understand and would not allow me too I hung up on him. That entire phone conversation clearly shows that I am not the first to have issues with this business and that the husband has zero respect for women or others in general. Please do not waste your money supporting this business it only enables this unexceptable behavior. **

Although my pedi/mani was great, I was stressed out during my second visit there. The owner was shouting at his wife and yelled at her chasing her to the back. Someone threw something back there. I was there for relaxation and ended up being so stressed out. Someone laughed and said “ oh it’s so cute how the yell back and forth at each other”. This was not cute. The girl doing my nails said he’s been like this since he stopped smoking 3 months ago. No excuse. Finally another customer said to the man that he needs to leave. He stormed out and peeled out in his car. I will not go back despite the other customer saying that it’s never like this and not to leave because of what happened. Well it was unprofessional and disrespectful to his customers to act like that and I will not be going back.
