The owner Annie is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Annie does not communicate with clients in a professional manner as well as her male assistant. I only go to have pedicure service done by Christina which I find her professionalism to be excellent under the unprofessional circumstances of the nail salon owner Annie. If you want to have a bad day or let alone get into confrontation with an owner of an establishment then this is your place ! This business certainly will never get anymore money or clients from me.

At Annie Nail salon there are 2 partners who run this business. They are extremely rude to there customers and as well as employees. I know this from experience as a customers. Always trying to see the best in small business I wanted to support. After how I’ve seen them treat there customers and staff I can unfortunately no longer support this business.

It was my first time here & during covid it was tough trying to find a place that wasn’t booked up! I got a French pedicure and it was lovely. They are the only salon to do a basic pedicure with hot stones and the price was cheap! The pedi was perfect and the service was exceptional. Very clean as well.

Annie, the owner was extremely rude and confrontational towards me and my mother. I went to get my nails done a few days for my birthday. I showed the man that did my nails a picture of what I wanted and it came out nothing like the picture. They were too long and messy, I was not happy with the results. They told me $15 to change the color and I that point I was feed up. The staff talked about me and my mother in their language right in front of us. This is extremely unprofessional and you won’t be receiving my services anymore.

My fave nail tech left, so I will not go back there. The owner is very standoffish. I let her do my nails once and she was very rough, she cut my cuticle while filing my nails and made me bleed.

I waited for 2 and a half hours for them to mess up my nails. They filed one of my nails crooked and the guy messed up three nails for the SNS powder gel. Why am I paying 35 dollars for them to do a crappy job? Will never return to Annie’s again.
