I’ve known Annie for nearly 20 years and have been a regular and loyal customer of hers. Annie has done an awesome job taking care of my hair, and has never dissapointed with any braid style I have gotten for all these years. Do not buy into the negative reviews; Annie provides exceptional customer service, and if I could, I’d give her business 10 stars!

I had to leave almost as soon as she started my hair. She was extremely rough. It felt like she was pulling my hair out each time she combed through my hair. The first and only braid I allowed her to do was too tight. I couldn’t even sit there and let her continue to treat my hair this way. The pain was unbearable and she had just gotten started. My head feels tender to touch and this is the day after. Never ever again.

I’m not to sure what experience others have been having, but I have been going to Annie for 11 years. She is the only one I allow to do my hair because she understands me and when I ask for something specifically she does just that. She is fast and her prices are reasonable. I have never experienced poor customer service as everyone greets when you walk through the door. Sometimes, yes her prices may change if you describe what you want over the phone, because some people need a visible picture to see all the details.

The owner is very nice. I’ve been getting my hair done here for years. Not only does she do my braids she has been doing my mother hair as well for years. Prices are great. Always happy with the end results.

Nice prices… the staff is a different story. The lady who did my hair was so rude. She didn’t care about my comfortability … i told her multiple times that she was hurting me and she ignored it every time. It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve got my hair done and i noticed in the front that she used a VERY small amount of my hair in the front (which could have been 1 braid but was forced to be 2) and it started pulling because of how thin the hair was in the area and i didn’t want my hair to fall out… so i went back to ask them to just re-braid the 2 as one, the owner said to come back the next day …. so i wake to take the braids out and get it fixed and the one thing i was trying to prevent happens… after i took the braid out, the thin piece of hair fell from my scalp. Although it was a small amount I’m sure that once i silk press my hair it will be noticeable. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place EVER.

I called Annie at 6pm 11/2/2013 to set my appointment and to get a quote. She quoted me $170 for long Solange braids down to my butt. I was also informed that she only accepted cash as a form of payment. Fast forward to this morning 11/3/2013, I arrived at 9am and waited 15 minutes for Annie because she was out when she told me she was in the shop. I didn’t mind waiting because I didn’t live far anyway. The shop looked horrible. It was untidy and outdated. I won’t even mention the bathroom.

Went toget my locks retwisted and the the lady did a horrible job she was extremely to rough and she didn’t even wash my hair I paid $80 and she called herself reattaching one of my locks and you could see the thread sticking out of the top of my head I went there as a last resort and got set up. Took my neice here Saturday for her birthday at 8am at 10am i returned to he salon my neice hair was completely a mess Parts were not straight and the hair was not they way that i asked! The owner did her hair very terrible packed a bunch of jam and did not blow her hair out from jump! The video i have posted now gone viral

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I called Annie I told her I wanted box braids down to my butt , she told me 150 . When I got there I told her what I wanted again just so she know . She started laughing with her friend , then tried to charge me 200 . I told her no . She asked me how much I had in my purse and me being dumb I told her, mind you I’m a minor . She tried to charge me everything which was 180 . I said no she said kept asking then she said 175 I said whatever . She kept asking me to give her the money first I said no then she asked again . I gave it to her , as the other lady started doing my hair , she gripping on my hair so tight .

They are AMAZING. They are willing to open earlier for ur convenience. They’re very friendly. I have been going to them for over 3years. I went yesterday @915 and was out by 4- with 5 other ppl getting their hair done. My kinky twists look sooo good. Im always satisfied beyond expectations.
