Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had the greatest hair salon experience today with Sarah Ann! She was professional, yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and customer focused! Before we got started she asked me what I wanted then explain how she was going to achieve that look I was going for. I almost fell asleep while she was washing and styling my hair.. it was so relaxing! I have never left the salon so happy & satisfied. I wish I could pay her to do my hair, everyday!! I also HAVE to mention the great location, cleanliness & the aesthetics is to die for.. I just wanted to hang out there all day, I can’t wait to return! Next time I will definitely be checking out the workshop downstairs to grab a one of one design!! I had the greatest hair salon experience today with Sarah Ann! She was professional, yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and customer focused! Before we got started she asked me what I wanted then explain how she was going to achieve that look I was going for.
