The time I got a hair cut at Annex. everyone called me kim jong-un because of the way one of the girls cut my hair and I showed her a picture that I wanted and she didn’t do it as easy as it was. I also got a Brazilian blowout and it was the most painful experience. She said that it supposed to be like that, but I had dead skin cells that crusted on my head from the heat damage. I felt like crying. I’ve gotten Brazilian blowout before and that’s not how it’s supposed to be. Obviously didn’t know what she was doing. The worst hair care experience thus far. In addition, it felt unprofessional environment when the staff was just sitting down and gossiping like the TV show Housewife’s. It actually reminded me of the sisters of Mark Wahlberg in the movie the Fighter. This is a place you don’t want to go when there is so many nice and professional salons out there. This is not one!
