Critical: ProfessionalismBefore covid, I was in there every 3 months to get color or trim. Diane was great. Today, I wanted to get my hair done and Rachel was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do my hair. Diane was there and said she was booked till January. Time to find another salon

So yes you chopped my hair and refused to fix it. I have wavy hair so after my hair cut I went home and straightened it and realized it was unbelievably uneven. When I came right back to the salon you were super rude and wouldn’t fix it.
