When I called she said there was no wait, got there 10mins later there were 3 people getting braids that had already been there for hours. I got Senegalese twists which I was told was $180 she wanted $200 to put some color in the front (only) and for making them just a little bit longer, which was fine. I got in the chair pretty quick and was done in 4 and a half hours! They are fast and neat. They look so nice and they did a great job they were so kind and always checked to make sure I was good and my hair wasnt too tight but its only been 2 days and a few of them are already untwisting.

The first time I came to get twist I was charge $200 and I was very satisfied. I came back to get same exact style and they said $200. This time instead of 2 girls it was only 1 and she finished very quickly. I went to look in the mirror and it was nothing like the first time. They were thin and not full at all so I expressed my concern. Their response was they can’t do that to my hair n since I wanted small twist it made it not full. I’m like that doesn’t make sense to me you’d think they’d be fuller. Anna parted my hair the first time for the girls and this time she wasn’t there so Idk if that’s why but I wasn’t satisfied at all. I was charge $200 for some twist that were nowhere near full. I’m back here today waiting to be serviced so we will see how this goes. If I have to I’ll pay more I just want my hair fixed how I initially asked for it to be anyway. My twist are short and thin. I showed them pics and all of the work THEY did last time and it still didn’t turn out that way then they blamed me for wanting them smaller as to why they’re thin. They were nice at first but I don’t feel like this is honest I’m unsatisfied after spending my hard earned money.

I just got my hair done yesterday. I got some box braids. They charged $180..They started me around 5:00 and had me done by 8:00 with 3 to 4 people always working on my head. They took no breaks and got right down to business which I like. I’ve been to other shops where they constantly took breaks, ate, than got back in your hair and began braiding, which is very unsanitary and unprofessional. These ladies did not do that. This was my first time at this shop. The shop was very clean and the workers were very nice. I must say I am a little concerned now that I’m reading these reviews and hope my braids stay and I have no problems. The whole point of me getting the braids was to give my hair a break from the flat iron and hopefully get it to grow some.

I went in and was told one price for my hair. The next day I was charged more because my hair was long when my hair was down when I went in to schedule appointment but the lady said she didn’t know it was my hair. I had three people working on my head. The girl doing the front did the breads nice though she was very heavy handed and not concerned about the pain she was causing my tender head. The two women on the back literally did the worst job ever I’m guessing under the belief that no one would see it because the top would cover it up. For what I spent, I literally feel like suing them. The entire time they speak in their language clearly talking down about costumes which is extremely unprofessional. I spent over $200 and took my hair completely down several hours later. So much of my real hair fell out the way they clipped the loose strands from the braids. I will never in a million years recommend this shop to anyone. I’d rather go bald before I let them get their hands in my head again. Save your money. They make you pay up front and then do your hair how they feel like it and won’t refund you or fix it.

The first time I received service from Anne’s I got box braids. By the second day, two of the braids at the back of my head had fallen out. Today I went back to give them another chance but she was 19 minutes late and seemed to have an attitude when I tried to explain to her what style I wanted. I left her shop and will not return. Her work is beautiful, I’ll give her that but customer service means a lot to me.

I just left the shop and I must say I was very pleased with their work. My hair is extremely thick and long. It only took them 2.5 hours to finish with at one point up to 5 people in my head. AMAZING!!!!
