Anne has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. She is a graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy. She has extensive training and experience in a number of massage therapy techniques including: Swedish/Relaxation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sport Massage and Prenatal Therapy. Anne is very much an outdoor enthusiast enjoying cycling, skiing and camping. Her goal is to provide individual and need based care to enhance each of her clients’ unique lifestyle; to keep you living your best life. She is results oriented, just like you!

I’ve been dealing with specific issues around scar tissue and adhesions in my abdomen due to surgery years ago. I had been working with another massage therapist and she recently moved to another state so I decided to give Anne a try and after 1 session with her, I can already tell the difference. Highly professional with excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal system and techniques to address problem areas. Anne was able to treat a lower back problem that periodically caused me great discomfort. In addition tip effectively treating the problem she also taught me stretching exercises which have kept me virtually pain free. I highly recommend.

I have a pretty physical job which requires moderate lifting, getting up and down off the floor repeatedly and doing a lot of stairs every day. I also work on rooftops so walk at weird angles often. Even in my early 30’s I have developed sometimes chronic lower back and let pain. I have been seeing Anne for a couple years now and she keeps me going at full speed.
