I have been using Ann as my massage therapist for about a year now. I work a very physically demanding job as well as a hobby that is very stressful on your body, I distance run and I am a horse person. Every month Ann puts my body back to where it needs to be. Not only do I enjoy her massage, but her company is wonderful too, she does not lack in customer service by any means. I highly recommend her, I also made my husband’s first appt with her after Lake Placid Ironman and she fit him right into her busy schedule. I cannot express enough how amazing she is!

She has a finesse to her craft that targets not only the knots in your back or troubled area, but she manipulates the muscles and connective tissue around those areas in very deliberate ways. My wife booked massages for herself and me with Anne as part of a trip we took to the area. The massage itself was excellent. Anne is extraordinarily good as a masseuse. However, the most important element was her ability to figure out how to loosen a tense muscle complex that had been causing me discomfort in my hip, and to effectively alleviate the pain.
