Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going with Kim now on my 4th haircut with her today. The last 3 haircuts she did exactly what I asked her, today on my 4th and last haircut she totally went completely opposite of what I asked her.I always bring a picture to giver her an idea what I want, today she totally left me bald. Disappointed me very much, she did not deserved what I paid her nor the tip. I should have gone to Haircuttery probably I would have been better served. Prior to going to Annaz I had spoken to someone on the phone, I believe her name is Debbie, to get a quote since there is no website listing the prices for their services. She told me the haircut is $25 and I asked about the blowdry and she said it was $5 extra , $10 for longer hair. When I go to pay it was $65 , because they were charging $30 for the blowdry plus $10 since my hair is long..it was cut slightly below shoulder length. Never have I been somewhere where they charge more for the blowdry than the haircut. I have paid way more than that for a blow out, but this wasn’t any blow out treatment. It was just a plain blow dry, she barely used a round brush, mostly just to see be how my layers were falling. I don’t mind paying $15 extra…but $45 extra for a rushed through blowdry that was never quoted in the first place doesn’t make sense. My hair cut is just fine, felt rushed through. Will not be going back.
