After searching for years for a good hair salon I finally found one! Anna did my hair last night. She did an amazing job! Usually the beautician cuts off more than what I want and she did not. I am so happy with my haircut! It is perfect. It has just the right amount of layers and is the perfect length. I will definitely be going back to see her!

Anna cut and colored my hair last week and she was amazing! She did a color correction to get my hair back to its natural color (she is a magician with the hair dye) and she cut it just how I asked. Plus, I called last second for an appointment and she got me in and out extremely fast!

The first cut I got I was not too pleased with so the owner cut it and I loved it! I have been going back now for months and having her do my hair. Every time she does it, it looks good. I have no complaints, you get what you pay for here.

I didn’t enjoy my experience here very much for several reasons. First of all, I saw on the website that there was a special price for your first time visit (Women’s wash, cut, style for $40). Since it was my first time, I made sure to say that to the woman at the front desk. She obviously did not refer this onto my stylist, and I had to clarify with my stylist and the owner about the special price. I had to pull up their website on my phone and show them the coupon, and they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. It made me feel like I was bartering, but I honestly just saw this special on the website. Once that was finished, she started with my hair. The shampoo and conditioner on the counter was Tresemme, an over the counter brand. I use this on a day-to-day basis, but do not expect to see it in a salon which charges $65+ for a regular wash, cut, style. The stylist asked me then about my color. She proceeded to insult my former colorist when I said I recently went back to my natural color, saying that she was inexperienced by the look of my roots. She also said my former colorist was lazy and not thorough. I only needed to find a new salon because I moved to Tennessee from Florida, not because I did not like my colorist/stylist. My stylist claimed to have many years of experience under her belt, but I was not convinced. When I asked if she would be blow drying it, she made me feel as though she was doing me a favor by doing this. Also, when I went to pay she had to swipe my card twice because she was unfamiliar with taking money and making transactions.

Anna is awesome! She always does full highlights on my hair and the blonde she makes it is total perfection. Dolces is fun and hip and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Dolces and especially Anna!
