She was amazing, me and my mama went in for facial waxing and threading. We also got a bikini wax and a brazillian wax. She made it such a safe space for us especially bc it was our first time! And we also bought 2 sugar scurbs that smell AMAZING and we will be going back tmrr for yoni steaming and we will be back for waxing

I began seeing Anna a couple months ago. I saw some negative reviews but I believe in giving someone a chance. At first she was pretty good putting my eyelash extensions on but I would have some fall off but she would fix it. I just had a fill done but after I left the lashes were thin and they were glued on too far up on the lash. They began to fall off after a few days when they usually stay on 3 weeks when she refilled. I had bald spots. I sent 2 chat messages and they never responded but I saw where it was read. They usually did. I paid her 70$ for a fill. Their refills on their website said its $40 but I never questioned it. I guess my business is not important enough to fix the issue or at least respond. I like Anna, but I hate that I can’t do business with someone who doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

Anna is wonderful!! She is kind & welcoming, I felt very comfortable and not rushed. She is gentle with application & knowledgeable about all services/product. She clearly takes great care in assessing guests needs. My eyebrow shaping & tint color was perfect! The prices are very reasonable, which surprised me since she is great at what she does! Her husband was managing the front desk on my visit, and he went above and beyond to squeeze me in. I am very appreciative. I will definitely be a returning customer. She offers a wide variety of waxing, threading, body/skin care services. I’m glad to have this addition to Bryant!

She is so great with everything she does. The guy at the front is very helpful. Anna’s is very professional and helpful. She always does really good. I had a Brazilian Wax done yesterday. It hurt; surely it shouldn’t hurt like this. Did not know I was injured and bleeding until I got home. The person who facilitated this process rushed; I felt no care was taken. I will not revisit.

Always love coming here for all my needs (Brazilian, under arms and eyebrows) I’ve never left unhappy! Anna is amazing. I highly highly recommend going if you never have. I also have never been and had to wait a long period of time. She gets everything done in a timely manner and is so kind.

The salon is amazing. Anna has been a very polite person to greet and treat the customer. She was very gentle with the service and knew what needs to be done. A very perfect hand while getting the waxing and threading. Place is very neat and clean. Easy to get appointments. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a service to be done and this place is pocket friendly 🙂 .
