I’ve been here several times and got shellac manicure and pedicure. I’ve always had good experiences. I usually call to make an appointment, even if I want to go the same day, just to make sure it’s not a busy time and I cannot get service. I’ve had several techs and they all seemed very nice and professional. My nails usually last for a while – about 3 weeks – the photos are of 4 week old nails that I got for my birthday.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctualitythis was AMAZING!!! my worker was funny, talented, skilled, and kind! they properly asked what i wanted, made sure my nails were even, and apologized for her mistakes and fixed it quickly. but there were some downsides, another worker of my friends didnt cooperate to what she wanted, so she didnt get what she wanted, and another worker went to smoke every 20 mins or so, when doing my other friends nails. this was AMAZING!!! my worker was funny, talented, skilled, and kind! they properly asked what i wanted, made sure my nails were even, and apologized for her mistakes and fixed it quickly. but there were some downsides, another worker of my friends didnt cooperate to what she wanted, so she didnt get what she wanted, and another worker went to smoke every 20 mins or so, when doing my other friends nails. As always, it depends who you get as a nail tech. I went here with 3 friends and we each got very different levels of service. My pedi and gel mani look great and were fast. The others took some time and some cuticles were cut too close. Some heels were still pretty rough. I’m very happy with mine, but I got lucky with one if their best nail techs.

Critical: QualityFrom the min i walk in i explain that my nails were natural not tip. They told me no problem they could take care of me. Younger nail tech attitude terrible. I show him the length desire my thumb nail is almost completely gone. None of my nails are even. Every single nail had to be touch up because the corners where missing powder. I show him the length desire my thumb nail is almost completely gone. None of my nails are even. Every single nail had to be touch up because the corners where missing powder.
