I arrived to the salon with dip powder on my nails. The nail tech who helped me started picking at the gel with plastic nail tips and nail clippers. This was not only damaging my natural nail, it was very painful. I asked why she wasn’t wrapping them to soak off the dip powder. She started to wrap my left hand but continued to pick at my right hand. At this point, the length of my nails were all broken and my fingers were in pain.

She removed acrylic tips with plastic nail tips without the acetone soak wrap first. I told her it was painful but was ignored. My nails are more damaged then they should be after an acrylic removal, also a lot of the nail growth I had from having the acrylics were ripped off with the acrylics! She wasn’t friendly and didn’t do all of the normal manicure steps. I was totally ripped off.

I got the full spa pedicure, and a full set with dip. First of all, I ran late for my appointment and when I called to let them know, the ladies were extremely patient and understanding. They assured me that it was ok and that they would still take care of me, which they absolutely did. Despite running late, she started my pedicure right away so I was in heaven within 5 minutes. Best pedicure I’ve ever received by far, and the same goes for my nails. Everything came out beautifully, and I love the fact that she focused and took her time but still got the job done in a timely manner. The ladies here definitely take pride in their work, as they should. They definitely know what they’re doing. I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails again. First of all, I ran late for my appointment and when I called to let them know, the ladies were extremely patient and understanding.
