Literally the most beautiful, perfect French gel manicure I have EVER had. Anna got the shape and length I was looking for absolutely on point, and I haven’t found a single bubble, scuff, rough spot, or flaw. I came for a pedicure, I paid more to get a better one and it came out terrible! I heard the place was decent from a friend so we came together, we paid over 100 together in total. Both pedicures were horrible while we were there we tried to explain what we wanted fixed and we were told we weren’t understood. I came back the next day to get mine fixed and was still told I wasn’t understood. I felt very uncomfortable and ripped off out of my money. Be selective on who does your nails or toes. Not everyone takes there time here and does a good job. I was rushed out and felt I was treated unfairly. I do not recommend this place!

Way too busy. I was there for almost 3 hours for a simple mani/pedi that I had scheduled the day before. Anna was answering the phone ever 30 seconds, it was ridiculous. My mani chipped same day, luckily they fixed. My gel manicure also chipped the same day. My wedding was the same week. After I had gone back for my chipped mani really didn’t feel like going back again for the chipped toenail. My wedding was that week and I just had a chipped gel polish on my toe. Was so frustrating. Maybe the worst nail salon in fargo.

I had a nail tech named Jinny/Ginny today. She was freaking incredible. She was gentle and not in a hurry. She made sure she knew what I wanted. Took like 10 minute gentle pushing and clipping my cuticles. Massaged my hands and arms. I felt very taken care of.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a dip nail and left two hours later extremely upset. I asked for ombre, didn’t get it, then she tried to do it and it looked absolutely horrible. Then she over charged me by adding more to the posted amount. When I asked to explain she just spoke fast and said it was to take off old dip which I have never been charged that and I consistently get my nails done every three weeks. The absolute best place to get a pedicure in town. They are super accommodating and even when a gel nail fell off over night they fixed it no questions asked the next day.
