Freshly done pedicure. With French tips!!! Supposedly!! Have zero clue to why it’s yellow.This is the first time I’ve seen this. The tips are not even straight. Anna, does a good job but horrible attitude and personality. Rather than explaining to the customer who’s simply trying to understand, she yells saying that she knows what she’s doing. They are so nasty. They never change their gloves. They’ll do someone’s nails then do another client’s eyelashes without changing their gloves. When the husband is done with a full set or manicure he takes the nail clippings and empties them outside at the entrance of the salon. That is disgusting and unnecessary. They gossip amongst each other about clients if you aren’t happy with the service they provide. Everything is a rush job because they are greedy. The upkeep of this establishment alone exhibits how much they care for the black community.

I received the worst customer service at Anna‘s nail salon that I’ve ever received from them before I’ve been going to the salon for a long time and never received this type of treatment that I received today and I had her mother polishing my nails while she was gone he also job and I expressed my feelings and I got upset Alton slam his stuff down and just walked away and his husband came to try to fix the situation and a steel with a nasty attitude explain to the husband I appreciate him to trying to fix the situation but I’d rather just not even get my nails re-polish after my nails were polished and polished off Do not I repeat do not go to the nail salon unless you want horrible customer serviceIf I could read this company I will give them a -100

The worse customer service ever.. She rushed my nails and didn’t file them before they put acrylic on. I had to come back to fix cause they slipped off. Then days later 3 more slipped off. Then they talked to me badly, instead of admitting they was wrong. Then they sit there and talk all kind of stuff Please!!!! Do not support this business. Taking money from the black community that keeps there door open. This is the reason we should support our on community. Getting all their money from our community. And can’t respect us or treat us right. Look at other reviews it speaks volumes.

Anna did a great job with my lashes, they lasted about 2wks and my pedicure was also nice, and thorough, leaving my feet nice and soft. My gel nails not so much, not filed on the sides so some were a bit ragged and 2 broke within 5 days so I need to go get a repair. But received lots of compliments on the matte finish. Pedicure, Gel manicures, Eyelash extensions

Gel polish has bubbles… Acrylic isn’t smoothed out on some nails… I had to get acrylic and gel polish off of my hands when I got home. I won’t be returning. I went to get a pedicure and manicure since I couldn’t make it to LA Nail Salon. I got gel polish on both and I got out the bed the very next day and polish was completely off 3 toes on one side. Never saw anything like it before.

I’ve been there plenty of times and they are the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The customer service was just all around terrible. The owner always has an attitude and your nails never turn out the way you want them. I’ve had bubbles on my nails from them rushing, they are always crooked, and they’re so rough that my nails hurt afterwards. Then they talk smack about their customers in another language that people can’t understand. One employee wears very very short shorts all the time and when she sits down to give you a foot massage, she gives a very disgusting sight. Only the guy here does a great job. He’s the only one who takes time and does the job right. Literally would never go back here again. It’s a waste of time and money.
