My daughter told me she had her nails done at Anna’s for homecoming and they looked great. She also told me how nice the people were who work there. She was right! It’s not a brand new, fancy nail salon, but it’s clean and the people who work there are very nice. I am extremely happy with my nails. I wasn’t happy with the last two salons I went to for my fills. My daughter told me she had her nails done at Anna’s for homecoming and they looked great. She also told me how nice the people were who work there. She was right! It’s not a brand new, fancy nail salon, but it’s clean and the people who work there are very nice. I am extremely happy with my nails. LuLu did them and I will be going back to her again.

Vindictive nail practices, cut cuticle “by mistake” I was given dirty cloudy acetone solution in a bowl given to me by the technician after advocating for the proper nail removal method. The clearly disgruntled older female technician attempted to improperly remove nails in an unprofessional aggressive manner that would have resulted in a damage of my nail bed (my natural nails were visibly long and healthy). Technician also went out of her way to speak poorly in different language to other staff members while sheepishly smiling and masking hateful behavior. Notorious for providing mediocre service while overpricing for outdated services. Having the audacity to inquire oa to and barely providing cleanliness throughout the process of a basic manicure. Blacks overall respect for majority blackblacks overall respect for majority black staff. Before leaving the establishment I was inquired by another employee as to whether or not their service was good when clearly the employee witnessed the older technicians on professional behavior. With my experience I’ve realized that staff is willing to cut corners and not provide full cleaning for nails I will stress that a second time. this particular technician appear to be overworked, and burnt out however that does not excuse the unprofessionalism. Overall :Eyebrows are fine here nails are not!!

Positive: QualityI took my mom and two sisters to get out nails done and they were all very friendly. First I called them early in the day and asked if they had 4 spots open and they said they would stay open late for us since it’s the day before Mother’s Day so we got a same day appointment for 4 people!! When we walked in they treated us very good. Their work was very good and not lazy. They did their best job and didn’t rush to get done with each of us. I took my mom and two sisters to get out nails done and they were all very friendly. First I called them early in the day and asked if they had 4 spots open and they said they would stay open late for us since it’s the day before Mother’s Day so we got a same day appointment for 4 people!! When we walked in they treated us very good. Their work was very good and not lazy. They did their best job and didn’t rush to get done with each of us. Sam is very good at designs.
