I went to Anna’s nails yesterday for the first time as a walk in. I brought my 3 year old, she wanted her first pedicure. The girls in there were so nice and patient. They had a Frozen little girls chair for my daughter, and reassured her when she got nervous. They did a great job with both pedicures, and are affordable. I will definitely be coming back.

i got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. my toes look alright but my nails look terrible. instant bubbling, uneven painting. the girls there were not friendly. they used a dirty nail file on me. website says $60 gel manicure&gel pedicure but i was charged $65. will not be going back. i would suggest going somewhere else and don’t waste your money.

Me and my 10 yr old cousin got our nails done it was the worst service I got ever there the other day. Wasn’t gentle and filed so hard our nails were bleeding plus never touched the cuticles and soak. To be honest I wished I just walked out with my cousin! Highly dissatisfied and it’s been days later can still see the blood. I had high hopes for this place because I got my nails done here a lot; it was a waste of money and time! Please find some where else!

Made a 2:00 pedicure appointment early this week (Monday). Showed up today (Saturday) at 1:55 and this tiny salon was packed out…every single chair was filled and 2 customers were already waiting. Nowhere else left to sit and wait, this is a very small room. There was fast-paced music playing from the speakers and it felt very stuffy because this small space had so many bodies packed in. So I just left. Walked a few doors down to Mia’s Nails and got a great pedicure.

Critical: PunctualityMy friends and I made and appointment and when we came in we seemed to be greeted a bit rudely but we brushed it off. My one friend had to wait and another person came in and they took that person before my friend even though my friend was there first and had an appointment. However, only one woman out of the three in the salon actually knew how to do acrylic nails because we all had to take turns with her. I was burned a few times but it wasn’t anything super crazy. However, my nails did come out nice and the price was pretty average. So the only thing I would say they really need to work on is professionalism and more people in the salon need to learn how to do acrylic nails because making customers wait for one nail tech is quite annoying.
