Stumbled on this Nail Spa while traveling and finding 2 other shops closed or not available. A very nice clean Salon. They were busy, however promptly and courteously greeted me and make every effort to attend to my needs. The lady who did mi pedicure and manicure was very professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She also kept items and the area clean and tidy. Their rates were very reasonable. Recommended!

Did not receive any service from them due to being under staffed and they did not greet us upon entering the building. The wait was in excess of an hour subsequently leading me to leave and receive services promptly at another fully staffed professional bigger nail salon actually it was a blessing in disguise’s. Nonetheless, Anna’s is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This was my first visit will definitely be back, Love my nails and toes they were done 3 weeks ago. No lifting no breakage / I couldn’t do an updated review so I’m going to do one on this review from eight months ago …. I still go here FAITHFULLY I ask for Holly everytime she is very sweet , professional, fast & shop is CLEAN .. I’m very picky on who touches my nails and feet baby when I say I came here the first time and fell in love with holly works , I would have to gather all my nail pictures etc to post but I highly recommend this shop !! Everyone is friendly work is good (some better than other but what shop isn’t like that) over all 10/10 I drive thirty mins for holly nails stay on & that’s a big deal because I do so much with my hands ‼️

The old guy were very disrespect, rude and had an attitude. He was so rough that he hurt couple of my fingers and didn’t even apologize. I went in between classes, that’s why it was my only option closest to my school. Going to a nail salon should be a relaxing time. But I only felt frustration. I’m only giving a star because the other people seemed nicer and I saw a good job they were doing. Just don’t do with the old man!

Please do not waste your hard earned money at this nail place. My mother bought me this gift certificate from Anna’s nail salon as a Valentine’s Day present. I’m an officer so I work a lot. As well as having children in extracurricular activities life gets away from you. I was so excited to be able to go get my nails done finally When I had some time for myself. I walk into the location, one of the ladies said hi how are you. But after that it took them 10 minutes to come over and acknowledge my existence. I told The gentleman I had received a gift card and I was ready to use it. They told me that the gift card was now expired and I wouldn’t be able to use it. When they gave my mom the gift card they never said there was an expiration. So when I received it I didn’t think anything of it. I thought I had at least a year to use it. But the fact that they won’t even honor it because of a misunderstanding shame on them. They are just out for Your money they don’t care about the clients. If you’re wondering why I didn’t notice it had an Expiration was because they sealed it in an envelope and gave it to my mother for me to open I never opened it until the day I got to the location. I just don’t understand how a gift card can have an expiration date they have my mom’s money and we cannot use it because they put One month and two week expiration? Who does that? I beg you please do not go to this location they are not worth it!

Went to get gel nails the day before my vacation and an hour later they were chipped. Went back the next day before I left for FL and they only fixed the nails that were chipped when I asked for a whole new set. It’s day 4 of having them done and they’re coming off in whole sheets and every one of them is chipped and my real nails are ruined. Will never return to Anna Nails.

this place is terrible i had my eyelashes done on tuesday march 30th the very next morning they were lifting right off went back later that evening to redo my eyelashes and she put globs of glue on my eyelashes to reattach them well i just got home from a evening out with family looked in the mirror to wash my face and saw they were lifting right off again just a few hours later? i have eyelash glue from dollar general that’s more stronger then whatever they’re using and my daughter did her nails there twice and both times they were horrible i don’t recommend this place although the lady was nice to me but in the end i’m out $15 with tip just to have cheap lashes on for one day

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhile doing the pedicure I noticed the lady was moving so fast like she was in a race. She hurt my toe on one foot, I didn’t say anything but when she got to the other foot I told her to please be careful. She then was removing the old nail polish and the tool she was using slipped. She stopped and immediately looked at the male manicurist seated next to us. Since he didn’t react she went to continue. I asked her if everything is okay. She asked if she hurt me which she didn’t. Then she asked should she get someone else. I said I guess its okay for you to continue. Then I said to her, you are moving really fast….didn’t get to finish my sentence, she became angry and started shouting at me. I decided I had enough and said I was leaving. She then told she could get someone else to continue, I said fine. Another person finished my manicure did okay but the pedicure was a mess And over charged me. I will never be back, I will go back to my usual nail place. I only came here because it was closer.
