I walked in around 1:30 yesterday (a Wednesday). All I needed was a fill (I usually don’t even get them painted). There was two whole customers in there. A lady asked what I needed. I told her. She spoke to someone in the back in their native tongue. Rude lady came from the back took one look at my well dressed African American self and said “No!!!!We booked until next week sometime.” She didn’t look at a appointment book she just made her statement and headed back to the back.

I go religiously every 2 weeks! Not only is the staff unbelievably kind, their pedicures are unbeatable! Deluxe is the way to go but must make an appointment and specify when booking because they block out certain time frames and are very busy. Bill or his wife are are insanely good with acrylic, dip powder, Or gel extensions! Megan’s designs are out of this world! I pick 2 colors and tell her to do whatever she wants and it always comes out crazy beautiful!!! Will never step foot in another nail salon!! Prices are phenomenal!!!!

I have now had two gel manicures at Anna’s–two of the best I have ever had. This is the third nail salon I have tried since moving to Chambana and the only one to which I will return regularly. Friendly people, extremely reasonable prices, and top-notch, professional outcomes. Highly recommend.

The pedicure was great, but manicure was not. They missed a large portion of the sides of my nails while fitting acrylics and the design was horrible for the price – I even had to go home and fix it myself. I’ve been searching for a salon and pedicure as good as Anna’s since 2014-2015 when I lived in Urbana. After living in big cities like Chicago, Milwaukee, and Savannah, I have yet to find a salon that does the quality work and service and offers the level of care that Anna’s does! I miss it, wish I could take the salon and its employees with me everywhere I move! After 7 years, I still think about Anna’s and remember it as the best pedicure service I’ve ever had! From the hot stone massage to the toe hair razor removal lol!

Absolute worst place to get a manicure or pedicure. They completely messed up my girlfriends nails so she had to remove it and do it herself. They cut our toe nails way too deep and now we both have ingrown nails that are so painful. Service was horrible. And they charge so much money. Don’t go to this place unless if you want an ingrown toe nail!

Friendly staff, clean and well kept environment, they used sterile instruments for everything and it was pretty inexpensive. The staff wore masks & it was optional for customers. This was my first service with them & I’ll definitely go back for any future needs. Manicure

I’ve tried a few nail spots in town and they have won my future business. Very friendly nail tech – her English was really good. She gave a great leg massage.
