Critical: Quality, ValueI was not satisfied with my service. I asked the nail tech if she could duplicate the picture, she assured me multiple times that she could. I was not expecting my nails to be identical to the picture, but my nails are nowhere close. Then the nail tech tried to charge me 100. After some deliberation between me, another worker and her she “gave me a discount” and I only paid 80. It was still more than what they are worth. I was not satisfied with my service. I asked the nail tech if she could duplicate the picture, she assured me multiple times that she could. I was not expecting my nails to be identical to the picture, but my nails are nowhere close. Then the nail tech tried to charge me 100. I went in there for a Gel Pedicure, the nail technician wasn’t paying attention. She was having a conversation and I told her PLENTY times what I wanted. I was told that I was charged on $20 because I didn’t get color due to the technician not paying attention. I told her to take the color off my nails, the owner didn’t even give me my money back. They are great with eyebrows but the second owner is very rude and aggressive. Came to her two times to fix my nail and idk if she has anger problems or what but she begins to disregard everything I’m saying and does her own thing with my nail ends up ruining my whole nail. Cut me everywhere and even continue to cut me deeper in the same spot. So loud and disrespectful place is dirty roaches inside the tubs to do pedicure. Ladies save your money and go somewhere else . if Jennifer (second owner) continues to work there she will run out all there customers like she did with me. Never will I go back

On June 29 2018, my daughter and I went to this establishment to have our nails done. As we enter one of the employees ask my daughter if she would like for her (the employee) to do her nails. My daughter sat in her chair, and she proceeded to do a refill on my daughter nails using a nail drill to remove the gel polish. My daughter scream out in pain in less then 3 minutes after sitting down. The employee had nip a nice size piece of skin from my daughter finger, to which my daughter finger started bleeding instantly. After notifying the manager, they did nothing nor did they santizited the tool in the proper solution that’s available for them to use.

I had gotten my eyelashes done by Lynne, who did an awful job and gave very bad customer service. The lashes were noticeably different with the right side with the glue having the hair stick together. It didn’t look natural which I tried to telling her that but she just refused to fix the issue even though I had already paid with her stating it was good to her. I left the shop with her assurance but many people told me it was done poorly. I had to give myself bangs to hide the imperfections. It didn’t last even past 4 days before the lash extensions started falling out all over the place. It was a hot mess!

It was horrible experience . She kept pulling on my arm and she didn’t even finish cleaning my nails. They were talking about me and they told my friend to get up and leave all because we were giggling . Very unprofessional and will not be going back .
