I have never written a bad review for anyone. Crystal (Crystal’s Beauties) charges extremely high prices and has terrible customer service skills. To to have my hair and my grandson’s hair colored and *cut cost $385 including the tip. She called it “all over highlights”. Basically she colored my hair with highlights, $185!. Not what I asked for and charged $35 more to trim my hair, Maybe 2″, that she called a *cut. She cut and colored a child and charged $100 for color and a $15 cut.
