Anna’s Calm Down Massage

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy boyfriend and I came to Anna’s for a couples massage. I was skeptical at first just because I’d never heard of it, but when we got there, everyone was very prompt and punctual, the rooms were clean and relaxing, the girls that did our massages remained very professional throughout the whole massage. I was very pleasantly surprised and Anna is EXTREMELY sweet. A couple things that were a little disturbing is we had a couple interruptions during the massage of someone walking into the room to talk to the therapists and also, the therapists pulled the sheet down a little too far when massaging the back side. My boyfriend and I came to Anna’s for a couples massage. I was skeptical at first just because I’d never heard of it, but when we got there, everyone was very prompt and punctual, the rooms were clean and relaxing, the girls that did our massages remained very professional throughout the whole massage. I was very pleasantly surprised and Anna is EXTREMELY sweet. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTHE WORST PLACE IVE EVER VISITED FOR A MASSAGE!!! I went there because I was having excruciating pain. I asked for a deep tissue massage and the lady put knee in my back to massage me. Then demanded a tip after paying a high amount already and a tip . I will never go back this place. There was stains on the sheets and they demanded more for a tip locked me inside until I payed. Think about what other people are going through before exploding on them and locking them inside if they aren’t able to pay more for a tip!!! And the ladies were not welcoming AT ALL!!!
