I went to Anna for my eyelashes. She did a horrible job on them I asked for light and natural and received mixed matched eyelashes. I went back to get them fixed twice but she made them worst the second time. She expressed to me that is the best she could do. I left to my car to take a better look at what she did. Again, they looked unacceptable so I went back in. She had a client in her chair so I asked if she can fix the lashes, she told me to have a seat and when she finishes with the client she will fix the lashes. I respectfully waited, another client showed up while I was waiting. When she finished with her customer she then proceeds to tell me I have to wait for the other customer that arrived after me because she had an appointment and I was a walk-in. I never had a problem with Anna but today I was very disappointed on how she handled her business. I been a loyal customer since I moved in this neighborhood and I would think she would care how her customers feel about the service she provided, but she didn’t.
