I had hot oil treatment here.. This is the worst experience and this is first time in my life I left a place with out tipping after the service. She just applied oil partially and put me a shower cap and made me to sit under steamer. no massage nothing. Waste of 30$.. with the shower cap on , i could not even get the benefit of steam..Even if i massage by myself It would be a relief.. I am from Kentucky and came here to visit my family.. The other salon was busy to give me hot oil massage so I came here thinking of getting relived. I regret it and I am pretty sure this is not how the hot oil treatment is to be done. I am shocked when she said its done by turning off the steamer. All together its not 35 min as mentioned in their website

I wouldn’t come here again. I didn’t think the facility was as clean and hygienic as a waxing studio needs to be. Stopping to answer the phone multiple times during the service then continuing the wax is odd and kind of gross. I was also left with a bunch of baby powder and wax residue in the places I was wax + random parts of my body. Finally, I don’t think every part I got waxed was done as well as I’ve had at other places – some hairs were left broken instead of being fully removed from the root. Oh also, they use this powder puff to apply powder on the face (which is better than the way they messily chuck baby powder on your body) but the powder puff is DEFINITELY reusable. That’s not sanitary AT ALL. I don’t know how many people, and faces, and various body parts that has been on.

The wax lady was giving me weird looks and i felt so uncomfortable during my appointment. Extremely unhygienic. The sheet wasn’t changed before i entered the room and had something wet on it. The lady wouldn’t give no heads up before pulling and not gentle at all. And yes she was answering the phone calls while i was laying there waiting for her to finish.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely did a poor job on my hair trim . Lady who did my hair kept giving an attitude when I asked my hair for a certain way claiming, “I’ve done this for 3 years. I know.” In the most passive aggressive tone. My hair looks uneven and choppy. She was VERY impatient when I was explaining how I would like it cut. I should’ve read the ACTUAL reviews before coming. Certainly will never be coming back. I’ve read the other one-star reviews and the way this business (or whoever runs this account) responds back is completely unacceptable, claiming the clients are “competitors” and “competition.” What “competition” does this business even have if they’re not good enough for one?? Other reviews have also said that there were unlicensed professionals. Makes me wonder if the person who trimmed my hair is actually licensed. I will MAKE sure I fill out a report for all this. Read other good reviews about Anna and her previous team, so I’m sure the business was blossoming and doing its job when she was there. Don’t come here if you’re thinking of getting a haircut, trim, and any beauty related stuff (so basically don’t come here at all). Have a good day.

I have to say that she was so nice and courteous when she did my Brazilian, eyebrow, and under arm waxing. She made me feel really nice and comfortable inside her studio and I honestly cannot wait to book my next appointment! Awesome place to go!
