Had a horrible dip service that was falling off after 2 weeks from another salon and he carefully listened to my requests and got me in and out in an hour. Very pleased. In town often for work and will be back. Followed all Covid guidelines.Service: Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in and wanted to relax for my birthday as i work with horses all day everyday. I was running a few mins late, which I apologized for. They were very rude and the water in the chair was cold, they blamed it on me being those few mins late although I watched them fill it up and say it was cold and pretty much just say f it. I asked them to make it warmer because I had been outside freezing all day and didn’t want cold water. They were rude again. Also there wasn’t anyone else but me in the salon. I felt very awkward the entire time I was there and frankly should have left upon arrival.
