Positive: QualityI come to Annabelle Nails with my mother in law whenever we visit, and Annie always does a fabulous job. I got my last gel set (yellow) over Labor Day, and they lasted me two months with no chipping! I just got them done again (11/21), and I got the Christmas colors because I know they’ll last. I come to Annabelle Nails with my mother in law whenever we visit, and Annie always does a fabulous job. I got my last gel set (yellow) over Labor Day, and they lasted me two months with no chipping! I just got them done again (11/21), and I got the Christmas colors because I know they’ll last. She charges a bit more than other salons, but it is so worth it for the quality of service.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe first couple times I came the nails were perfect but in the past year she stopped paying attention to when she was doing my nails. She filed one hand and then was playing on her phone for a good 10 minutes. I understand if she wants to talk on the phone with her headphones on but it’s a different thing when she stops in the middle to play on it. I had to ask her multiple times to finish it because I don’t have all day. When she would finally do my nails it was super rushed and as you can see from the pictures around the cuticles it’s super uneven. When she was filing down my nails she was looking at her phone to the point it burnt.Honestly for the price you can go somewhere else and get a better and cheaper I paid $70 for acrylics. She filed one hand and then was playing on her phone for a good 10 minutes.
