Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI waited for for two hours to have wax my legs and facials. All they have done for the first hour is to have me waiting while other customers came after came and gone. They keep saying wait let me do this person only 10 minutes and then next customer come they had me wait for that person to be done. Like this ten customers had came and gone. After an hour and half gone by my turn up and while doing my facial another customer came then the person said to come another or wait 45 minutes more. I waited Two hours they came back. Rushed me by doing horrible job. I won’t go back to this place anymore.Never respect customers. I waited for for two hours to have wax my legs and facials. All they have done for the first hour is to have me waiting while other customers came after came and gone. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place does the best facials . After my first facial I was getting skin compliments everywhere ! I go like every 3 weeks now Highly recommended! I always go with Jenny .but everyone else is great too !

Critical: CleanlinessThey do not wipe the chairs after each client. The receptionist is very nice but the staff doing the threading is very rude! First time due to it being close but I will rather drive for a better more clean experience
