This place is absolutly horrible! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. At first glance we were like ok it is still opening up let’s give it a chance but after speaking with the owner she said she has been there over a year. I got a pedicure which was ok however no massage or lotion so my legs and feet felt dry after. They didn’t use a liner in the foot soaker and during the pedicure I noticed long piece of hair floating in the water! I asked about it and the girl did not speak English and just shrugged it off and the owner laughed. My significant other was getting a lavender spa pedicure and the the girl had no idea what she was doing and kept making faces while performing the pedicure and his feel are VERY well taken care of. The lady had her hair loosely pulled back however it kept fouching his feet and getting in the solutions they were using. Then 2 pieces of her hair wrapped around hi toes and legs. That is absolutly disgusting and unsanitary. He also did not receive a massage or lotion. I decided to not get the manicure because the tools that they were using were picked out if a basket and NOT in solution or a sterilizer. The owner then asked “why are you not getting a manicure anymore” I told her all of the above and she pursed her lips together and rolled her eyes. Not very good customer service at all. She then charge me over 100$ for the Spa and regular pedicure. This experience was terrible. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

I was not going to write a review. I had been to this place before and it was great. I decided to go again. There were new people. I asked were the other ladies were and I was told they were on vacation. The girls that did my mani-pedi had no idea what they were doing . I was over charged . I will never go there again. I wasn’t going to write a review, but every time I look down at my nails I get so upset. Pedicure was fine. Gel manicure… I haven’t had a manicure in years, grew out my nails and thought a gel manicure would be nice, and would last for my vacation, leaving in 2 days. Instead of a pretty, feminine nails, I have like 5 layers of glue and powder on my nails. My little 5 year old said “mommy, what’s wrong with your nails?”. My nails are now triple the size… thick, wide, uneven and poorly filed. You can see the thick layers of the glue sitting on top of my nails. It was already after hours so I couldn’t have it corrected. I really shouldn’t have paid for the work, because now I’ll have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get it fixed properly. I’m so upset, needless to say I’ll never step foot in that salon again.

They of course said yes and to my surprise, she had no idea and she messed up my nails completely! She didn’t put the stuff on enough so the sides of my nails were still showing all the nail bed and the white of the nails and when I mentioned it all she did was attempt to shave off the sides of my nail til she hit the skin! I will NEVER go there again!! The entire experience stunk! I called ahead to ask if they were able to do a dip gel manicure. They of course said yes and to my surprise, she had no idea and she messed up my nails completely! She didn’t put the stuff on enough so the sides of my nails were still showing all the nail bed and the white of the nails and when I mentioned it all she did was attempt to shave off the sides of my nail til she hit the skin!
