Came in because I was in the area. Big mistake. I had to return 2 times to have my gel thumb nail then my first finger nail re-added on. Waste of time, gas and then they weren’t friendly. They acted as though I was inconveniencing them. Gel manicures

They did a great job. I came in without an appointment last minute because I had a free afternoon without my kids. They were able to get me in even though they were busy. Multiple people came in that were regulars and also lots of walk in appointments also. Staff was very friendly and they did an awesome job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do I will definitely be back.

Called the day before for an appointment and scheduled it for 12:00 with a friend. We arrived on time. She was seated right away, but her person left her so he could complete a manicure on someone else. I understand why a soak is required. However, he left her there for 25 minutes. At 12:27, I was invited to a chair. I declined because my appointment was scheduled for 12:00 and the person I scheduled it with was working on someone else and still is at 12:50.

RACIST. ZERO STARS. I picked a design that was on display for SNS. ANNA did a horrible job! Could not do the design they had displayed and she messed up my cuticles. When I told her I was not happy she got a major attitude. I said it was okay and to just do a solid color she refused told me I was TOO PICKY and said I could go elsewhere. I said okay and ask her to take it off. When I stood up and started getting my things she began to raise her voice at me saying I needed to pay. I told her of course I would pay for the pedicure. She then said I had to also pay for my nails that she didn’t finish. I told her I would not be paying for a half job. So I paid for the pedicure ONLY. I told her she was being extremely rude and I would never come back again. She kept trash talking me telling me how I was too picky then began to insult my appearance saying I don’t look anything like her other customers which I believe was because of the color of my skin. As I was walking out she began shoo-ing me.
