**Still LOVE this shop! They are so sweet and accommodating. I love to get art and they always happy to please!!! I visited Anna’s Nails once a year ago and currently twice now. I travel a lot and have been having my nails professionally done for 30 plus years now. I’ve had bad experiences and really good experiences. I have to say that in my 30 years of visiting nail salons that Anna’s Nails is among my GREAT experiences! Since the Covid pandemic began, these type businesses have had an incredibly difficult time to even stay open, so I really hate reading unfair comments. All three of my experiences here have left me a SATISFIED customer! Whether they were swamped with people waiting or if I made an appointment, they worked hard to try to accommodate us all. The quality of work has been AWESOME. I am including pictures of my last services. I am a 100% happy customer who will be returning!!!!

I just want to say that this nail salon is AMAZING. Not just because they are very good at simple nail art and things such as acrylic/gel/shellac nails, but because they are So Friendly and good people. I go here often with my mother and my son(2 years old) and honestly he makes the entire time there so difficult because he doesn’t understand whats going on. Well, they never seem bothered by it, and they always tell me it’s okay when I profusely apologize for his behavior while we are there. They always smile at us and try to help us have a good relaxing time while we are there and I appreciate that so much. I highly recommend going to them for your simple nail needs and also waxing. 5/5 ☆

Critical: ProfessionalismMy niece and I came in to get our nails done, we were not greeted and had to stand there for a while before they asked us what we needed done. The lady was so rude to us the entire time and ignored our concerns while doing our nails.Once our nails were completed she overcharged us and ignored us when we asked what caused our price to go up. Very rude, and worst quality nails I have had in years… Had a bad experience the first time I went, and hoped it was just a bad day for them!! Went back a 2nd time, and have broken 4 within a week… I won’t go back here, I would rather wait in line for the other nail shops!!! Bring back the mom and daughter that used to be here!!!
